Although I have taken several social justice or in the realm classes in my four years of college, this one was definitely one to remember. I enjoyed how the class had a community feel to it. Not many profs. can handle not being the center of attention of their class. One topic that we briefly mentioned which I was aware but did some research on because it was mentioned was facial recognition/ tracking. Although in one class there were many topics mentioned in one sitting I did appreciate hearing everyones thoughts and opinions on everything. I did not contribute a lot because I am generally a listener and it takes me a while to process my thoughts on complex topics. I did have mental notes on the things we discussed and definitely went home and talked about them more in depth with my friends.
